I hold safe, compassionate space for individuals, couples, groups, events, and retreats—each rooted in trauma-informed care and intuitive guidance.
Through individualized sessions, community events, festivals and international retreats, you'll be supported in releasing what no longer serves you, reconnecting with your body and breath, and remembering the wholeness that’s always been within. No matter the setting, this work is here to help you feel lighter, more grounded, and more safe to be fully you.

Gather your crew—friends, family, coworkers—for a private breathwork experience designed to deepen connection, spark joy, and support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Perfect for bachelorette parties, birthdays, birth prep groups, team events/retreats, wedding day jitters, or just because.
Brielle will lovingly guide your group through a 60-minute customized breathwork journey in your home, rental, or event space. No space? No worries—we can arrange a beautiful local venue for an added fee.
Each session is tailored to your group’s intention and includes a custom playlist, intuitive guidance, and aromatherapy to help everyone drop in, let go, and come home to themselves.

In this private breathwork session, you'll be gently guided to release stuck energy, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body and inner wisdom. Each session is intuitively personalized and may include a custom playlist, aromatherapy, and therapeutic touch—all designed to support your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Held in a the comfort of your own home or at a location of your choice, these sessions are a safe space to feel, heal, and come home to yourself.
For adults 18+ in good health. Not suitable during pregnancy or early postpartum (first 6 weeks).

Each session includes a grounding check-in, custom playlist, and intuitive guidance and energy support and alignment with crystals to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner connection.
Held virtually via Zoom.
