Transformational Breathwork

“Breathwork isn’t just a practice—it’s a remembering. A return to your body, your truth, and the safety that lives within.” - Brielle Brasil

Breathwork is the number one most transformative healing modality that uses conscious, controlled breathing to access the body's innate ability to release stress (and suppressed emotion), heal trauma, and create transformation by coming home to ourselves and accessing our highest potential. Unlike traditional talk therapy or mindset work alone, Breathwork taps into the nervous system and subconscious mind, making it one of the most effective tools for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner connection. It’s not just about breathing—it’s about awakening, feeling, and freeing the parts of ourselves we’ve silenced or suppressed. It’s a pathway to healing that doesn’t require fixing or forcing— just feeling.

Meditative vs. Integrative Breathwork

All of the breathwork Brielle offers is trauma-informed, meaning your safety—emotional, physical, and energetic—is always her top priority. Brielle holds space with compassion, care, and presence, which is something clients often say they feel most during their time together.

Brielle facilitates two types of breathwork experiences:

Meditative Breathwork
These are deeper, guided breathwork journeys designed to help release stored emotion and unresolved trauma from the body. You’ll be supported with intuitive voice guidance, a carefully curated playlist, and optional hands-on support. These longer sessions are the core of many of Brielle’s offerings, and they’re intended to help you reconnect with your true self on a deep, healing level.

Integrative Breathwork
This is a more accessible, everyday breath practice—shorter tools and techniques that can be learned in sessions and safely used on your own. These 10–15 minute practices are great for building nervous system regulation, calming stress, and shifting your energetic state quickly in your daily life. They’re also ideal for younger kids, schools, corporate groups, or those who are new to breathwork and want a gentle place to start.
